Row Over Guide Dog On Plane

"Airlines need to sort out their policies” for passengers travelling with assistance dogs.

That from guide dog owner, Joanna Jones who was not able to board her EasyJet flight last week as she was told she didn’t have the correct paperwork.

Joanna believes it was lack of knowledge on the airline’s part that led her to miss her flight from London to Belfast.

Insight Radio contacted Easyjet for a statement on this story, but they have yet to reply.
