RNIB Serves Legal Proceedings On bmibaby

The UK's leading sight loss charity is sueing low cost airline bmibaby.

RNIB is claiming the airline failed to ensure web access for its blind and partially sighted customers.

The charity said it raised concerns with bmibaby in 2010 when it was made aware of the problem through customers who were no longer able to book flights through the bmibaby website.

Steven Scott spoke to Hugh Huddy from the charity to discuss the legal action and listen to a statement provided by bmibaby to Insight Radio.
