Insight Radio has teamed up with Strathclyde Police and the Scottish Government to help you Keep Safe.

Every Thursday on the Afternoon Edition, Insight Radio's Allan Russell will be looking at the ways we can keep you, your family and your posessions safe.

Crime rates have fallen, but people with sight loss can often be more vulnerable to range of crimes. 

Our new series will feature a broad range of topics, coupled with expert advice and links to extra information, support and advice.

We'll be alerting you to new frauds and scams, hearing from crime prevention experts looking at safe shopping online, special self defence techniques for people with sight loss and we'll be taking a peek inside the courts.

Allan will be out and about with the Dog Squad and hearing more about the criminal justice system and disability hate crimes.
