A campaign against proposed shared surfaces has taken another turn. Sight loss charities in the Greater London area are up in arms at plans to level one of the capital's busiest streets, Exhibition Road. Councillor Andrew Lamont from the Royal London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is arguing that the changes; including the removal of pavement kerbs, are for the best.
