How To Listen

If you are blind or partially sighted, or know someone who is, why not tune in to RNIB's Insight Radio to find out about the issues affecting those living with sight loss in the UK and beyond?

Listening via the Insight Radio website

You can listen to RNIB's Insight Radio via our online pop-up radio player, which is available 24/7.  You will also be able to browse our website (and others should you wish) while listening to the station.

Listening via your television

If you have satellite television installed in your home, you can listen to RNIB's Insight Radio on Sky Channel 0188 or Freesat Channel 777.  Please note that you do not need to be subscribed to Sky Television to recieve Insight Radio, but you will need a set top box and dish.  RNIB's Insight Radio is currently unavailable on Freeview (ie. TV through your aerial).

Listening via your Apple devices

RNIB's Insight Radio is available on your iPhone (3G/WIFI), iPod Touch (WIFI only) or iPad (3G/WIFI depending on the model).  Download our free app now on iTunes on your Mac, PC or device.

Listening via your radio

You can also access RNIB's Insight Radio via your FM radio if you live in the Glasgow area.  You'll pick us up on 101FM.
